The Meaning of Life | What it Means to be Truly Free

Something I have learned through experience and research. Through my experience and research I have found this to be true: I would call this energy field, God… It is the essence of life, love and joy.

Many never access the full power of the will because fear creates masks and holding patterns that keeps them from making the choice.

Authenticity groups are invaluable as they provide an environment to connect to ‘the self’ and teach you how to be bold and step into that choice and find the willpower to be you… to be free. To be the divine expression of God you were meant to be.

I write this post before we head into the year of the Fire Horse (commencing 17 February) as an invitation to consider letting go, flowing and awakening to your truth…

What I do know with my own life experience and witnessing the chapters in the lives of friends, family, colleagues and clients is the divine miracle of God will also place on your path opportunities to recalibrate and grow through health issues, grief, trauma and complex relationships, etc. Each obstacle is here to pause, ground and align you to your North Star.

Through meditation, reflection and conscious choice, we begin to deprogram fear, rewrite our belief systems, and access the peace that has always been available.

If you sense there is more – more freedom, more love, more alignment – you are ready to step out of the matrix and into authentic power, so follow this lighter vibration of calm, clarity and confidence.

It may mean making the simple choice to commit to one daily habit, thought-form or movement that will support the vibration of the higher and free version of you.

I believe sometimes we need to read a random blog to invoke some self-enquiry to initiate conscious change.

One path will strengthen your future. The other slowly takes it away.

Choose the uncomfortable path that gives back in the new year.

For me subconsciously and consciously is to allow the New Year to invite reflection to reset to ensure I am not ‘being’ in the same place this time next year.

For me 2026 is about navigating the pathway to meaningful relationships and experiences, as studies alongside my conversations with elderly friends and clients have confirmed are the only things that matter in this life.

Follow inner peace, divine guidance from your Higher Power to heal and be the expression of love and joy we are here to experience this life…
