Welcome to our Quarterly Wellness Workshop at Cedar Pocket Hall!
On 6 September 2026, we continue our serene series of Sunday Wellness Workshops aimed at helping you rejuvenate and unwind from life’s stresses.
Each element is intentionally chosen to support your nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect you to yourself as we move through the season of spring—a time of soft awakening, renewal, and new energy.
Join us for a one and a half hours “Slow Rest Rise” session featuring:
- Gentle Yin Yoga: Immerse in deep stretches to release tension and enhance flexibility.
- Breath-Focused Meditation: Experience a simple, beginner-friendly practice that teaches you mindful breathing.
- Breathwork: A gentle introduction to the Hawaiian “Ha” breath—known as the breath of life. Within a supported and intentional space, you are invited into your own experience, exploring the restorative nature of breath while reconnecting with the simple yet powerful choice of how you breathe and relate to it.
