Welcome to our Monthly Wellness Workshop at Curra Community Hall!

Starting August 2024, I am excited to introduce our monthly Saturday Wellness Workshops aimed at helping you rejuvenate and unwind from the week’s stresses.

Join us on Saturday 31 August for a two-hour “Rest and Recharge” session featuring:

• Gentle Yin Yoga: Deep stretches to release tension and enhance flexibility.
• “Better Me” Journaling: Reflective writing exercises to promote mindfulness and self-awareness.
• Reiki Inspired: Meditation for relaxation and inner balance.
• Nourishing Sound Healing: Calming sounds to harmonise your body and mind.

Your experienced teachers and guides are Jen Thomas and Sofija Vracar.

When and where?
Saturday 31 August from 9:30 – 11:30am at Curra Community Hall

Can anyone join?
Yes, our monthly Wellness Workshops are for everyone including teenagers and over 55’s. You will be offered variations to suit your fitness level and health requirements. Even if you are new to exercise, pre and post-surgery, as well as pre and post-natal, we encourage you to join us!

What should I bring?
Bring along a mat, blanket, pillow and water bottle. Personal journal and pen, as well as additional equipment provided.
