Welcome to our Hatha Yoga classes at Chatsworth Hall!

Our Hatha Yoga classes consist of a short breathing mindfulness exercise, as well as standing and seated postures. This strengthens, cleanses and relaxes your body and mind. All classes have a final relaxation pose. Each class is based on the same approach – taking you in and out of postures correctly and safely using the breath to achieve many healing benefits, including:

• improved muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina;
• increased blood circulation due to controlled breath and movement;
• reduced stress and tension;
• improved mental balance, intuition, creativity and concentration; and
• enhanced detoxification and stronger immune system.

Every Tuesday from 5:30 – 6:30pm at Chatsworth Hall

Can anyone join?
Yes, our weekly Hatha Yoga classes are for everyone including teenagers and over 55’s. You will be offered variations to suit your fitness level and health requirements. Even if you are new to exercise, pre and post-surgery, as well as pre and post-natal, we encourage you to join us!

What should I bring?
Bring along a mat, towel and water bottle. Additional equipment provided.
