Welcome to our Mat Pilates classes at Curra Community Hall!

Our inclusive Mat Pilates classes are suitable for all fitness levels and stages of life. The intelligent sequencing in these classes are designed to improve your core and mobility, increase your flexibility and muscle tone, as well as strengthen your mind-body connection.

Every Monday from 11:00 – 11:45am at Curra Community Hall

Can anyone join?
Yes, our weekly Mat Pilates classes are for everyone including teenagers and over 55’s. You will be offered variations to suit your fitness level and health requirements. Even if you are new to exercise, pre and post-surgery, as well as pre and post-natal, we encourage you to join us!

What should I bring?
Bring along a mat, towel, water bottle and socks. Additional equipment provided.
